Privacy
OLo keeps local work on your Mac and sends data to OLo Cloud only when an account or hosted feature needs it.
On your Mac
History, Flashes, workspace files, local settings, and local Agent state remain on your device unless you choose an action that sends content to a hosted service.
Your OLo account
OLo Cloud stores your email address, profile, sign-in sessions, linked devices, extension choices, plan entitlement, and the usage totals needed to run your account.
Voice and Agent requests
When you use a hosted voice or Agent route, the request content is sent through OLo Cloud to the active provider. OLo records metered seconds or Token totals and the operational result. OLo does not use your content to train an OLo model.
Operations
Service logs use a limited set of build, timing, outcome, and usage fields. Identity sessions and short-lived verification records expire and are removed by scheduled maintenance.
